The unexpected holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, including no-cost bonus story content for Shadows players.

Mysterious Questline Disclosed

According to the formal announcement, "An unusual encounter leads protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where hints of forbidden practices and terrifying transformations reverberate through the obscurity." The plot introduces a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a secret cult.

The mission centers on "bizarre tests and a fearsome enemy" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Iconic Locations and Transformations

The teaser showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer finishes with a striking sequence showing a character, probably the hostage, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
